Plans and billing

How Findora is metered, how billing works through Shopify, and what happens if your catalog grows past your plan.

Findora is in development. These docs describe the app as it is being built; details can change before it is listed on the Shopify App Store.

What is metered

Findora is priced by the number of products published to your Online Store sales channel: the products shoppers can actually see.

Never metered: revenue, traffic, searches, filters, metafields or variants. Variants are counted only to size the index, not to price it.

Prices for every catalog size, on Shopify and Shopify Plus, are on the Findora page. Plus stores have their own price column.

Free trial

Your first plan starts with a free trial, once per store. If you change plan during the trial, the days you have left carry over to the new plan.

Monthly or annual

Every plan can be billed monthly or once a year. Annual costs less than twelve monthly payments; the exact figure for each size is in the price table.

Billing through Shopify

Charges appear on your Shopify invoice like any App Store app. You approve a plan on Shopify’s own charge screen; there is no card to enter with us.

Changing plans

Choose a new plan on the Plan screen and approve it in Shopify. Your current plan stays active until Shopify confirms the new one, so closing the approval screen halfway changes nothing.

If your catalog grows past your plan

Findora tells you on the Home screen and keeps serving your storefront during a grace period, so you have time to change plan. Going over never breaks your storefront.
